TERMS OF USE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) refers to the WWFC site (hereinafter referred to as the Site), located at: wwfc.ua, and to all relevant sites linked to the wwfc.ua site.
1.2. The site is the property of World Warriors Fighting Championship Ltd.
1.3. This Agreement governs the relations between the Administration of the site wwfc.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site.
1.4. The site administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
1.5. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and changes made to this Agreement.
1.6. The user is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:
2.1.1 “Store” is an online store located on the domain name wwfc.ua, operating through an Internet resource and related services.
2.1.2. Online store - a site containing information about the Goods, the Seller, which allows to select, order and (or) purchase of the Goods.
2.1.3. Site Administration - authorized employees in the management of the Site, acting on behalf of the World Warriors Fighting Championship Ltd.
2.1.4. Site User (hereinafter User) - a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and using the Site.
2.1.5. Site content (hereinafter referred to as Content) - protected results of intellectual activity, including texts of literary works, their names, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, video, graphic, textual, photographic, derivative, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as design, structure, choice, coordination, appearance, general style and location of the Content, which is part of the Site and other intellectual property collectively and / or individually contained on the Web Store.

3. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to grant the User with access to the Products and services provided on the Website.
3.1.1. The site provides the User with the following types of services:
• access to electronic content for a fee, with the right to view the content;
• access to online store search and navigation tools;
• providing the User with the ability to post messages, comments, reviews of Users, rating the content of the Site;
• access to information about the Goods and to information about the purchase of Goods for a fee; • other types of services provided on the Site.
3.1.2. All the existing (actually functioning) services of the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services that appear in the future, fall under the terms of this Agreement. 3.2. Access to the online store is free of charge.
3.3. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.
3.4. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The site administration has the right to:
4.1.1. Change the terms of use of the Site, as well as change the content of this Site. The changes come into force from the moment of publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Website.
4.1.2. Restrict access to the Site if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
 4.1.3. Change the fee charged for providing access to the use of the paid section of the Site. The change in value will not apply to Users who have registered at the time of the change in the amount of payment, except as otherwise provided by the Site Administration.
4.2. User may:
4.2.1. Get access to the use of the Site after complying with the registration and payment requirements.
4.2.2. Use all the services available on the Site, as well as purchase any Products offered on the Site.
4.2.3. Ask any questions related to the services of the online store for the details that are in the section of the Site "Contacts".
4.2.4. Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner prescribed by the Agreement and not prohibited by the laws of Ukraine.
4.3. Site User undertakes to:
4.3.1. To provide, upon request of the Site Administration, additional information that is directly related to the services provided by this Site.
4.3.2. Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other rightholders when using the Site.
4.3.3. Not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
4.3.4. Not disseminate any confidential and legally protected information about individuals or legal entities using the Site.
4.3.5. Avoid any actions that may violate the confidentiality of information protected by law.
4.3.6. Not use the Site for the dissemination of advertising information, except with the consent of the Site Administration.
4.3.7. Not use the services of the online store site with a purpose to:
4.3.7.1. download content that is illegal or violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains inaccurate information and (or) insults to specific individuals, organizations, authorities.
4.3.7.2. incentive to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force on the territory of Ukraine.
4.3.7.3. violate the rights of minors and (or) causing harm in any form to them.
4.3.7.4. infringe of minority rights.
4.3.7.5. present yourself as another person or representative of an organization and / or community without sufficient rights, including the employees of this Site.
4.3.7.6. misrepresent regarding the properties and characteristics of any product from the catalog of the online store located on the Site.
4.3.7.7. incorrect comparison of the Goods, as well as the formation of a negative attitude towards persons (who do not) use certain Goods, or condemnation of such persons.
4.3.7.8. In case of detection of errors and vulnerabilities of the Site that can affect its performance and / or safety, as well as in case of violations of PP. 4.3.-4.4. other Users or visitors to the Site, the User undertakes to notify the Site Administration.
4.4. User is prohibited from:
4.4.1. Using any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or track the content of the Site;
4.4.2. Disrupting the proper functioning of the Site;
4.4.3. Bypassing the navigation structure of the Site to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically represented by the services of this Site in any way;
4.4.4. Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site;
4.4.4. Breaking the security or authentication system of the Site or of any network resources related to the Site.
4.4.5. Performing a reverse search, tracking or trying to track any information about any other user of the Site.
4.4.6. Using the Site and its Content for any purpose prohibited by the law of Ukraine, as well as inciting any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Site or other persons.

5. USE OF THE SITE
5.1. The Site and the Content included in the Site is owned and operated by the Site Administration.
5.2. The content of the Site may not be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, as well as posted on the global Internet network without the prior written consent of the Administration of the site.
5.3. The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other intellectual property rights and the law on unfair competition.
5.4. The acquisition of Products and services offered in the Site’s shop may require the creation of a User account.
5.5. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information, including the password, as well as for all without exception activities conducted on behalf of the Account User.
5.6. The user must immediately notify the Site Administration of the unauthorized use of his account or password or any other security breach.
5.7. The site administration has the right to unilaterally cancel a user account if it has not been used for more than 6 consecutive months without notifying the user.
5.7. This Agreement extends to all additional terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and the provision of services provided on the Site.
5.8. Information posted on the Website should not be construed as a change to this Agreement.
5.9. The site administration has the right at any time without notice to the User to make changes to the list of Products and services offered on the Site, and (or) the prices applicable to such Goods for their sale and (or) the services provided by the online store.

6. RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of intentional or careless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, are not reimbursed by the Site Administration.
6.2. Administration of this site is not responsible for:
6.2.1. Delays or failures in the process of the operation, resulting from force majeure, as well as any case of problems in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.
6.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.
6.2.3. The proper functioning of the Site, in case the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

7. VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
7.1. The Site Administration has the right to disclose any information collected about the User of this Site if the disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the unauthorized use of the Site or to establish (identify) the User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or other Users of the Site.
7.2. The site administration has the right to disclose any information about the User, which it deems necessary to fulfill the provisions of current legislation or court decisions, to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, to protect the rights or security of the name of the organization, Users.
7.3. The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User, if the current legislation of Ukraine requires or permits such disclosure.
7.4. The Site Administration has the right without prior notice to the User to terminate and (or) block access to the Site if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of using the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of termination of the Site or due to a technical problem or any other problem.
7.5. The site administration is not liable to the User or third parties for the termination of access to the Site in case of violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or another document containing the terms of use of the Site.

8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
8.1. In case of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before appealing to the court is to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
8.3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights, granted to them by the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The site administration does not accept counter offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
9.2. User reviews posted on the Site are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
